Welcome to Ebster Pool—a summer oasis located on Atlanta Ave. and West Trinity Place, behind the Police Department. Dive into our huge pool deck and enjoy the sun, snack area, and shade shelter. Join morning swim lessons or cheer on the Decatur Gators swim team. Lap swimmers will appreciate our dedicated lanes throughout the day. Experience the best of community swimming at Ebster Pool!

Resident Cards are going digital!
To receive the resident rate, all patrons must be verified in CommunityPass as a City of Decatur Resident. To become a verified resident, visit any of our four centers - Decatur Recreation Center, Ebster Recreation Center, Oakhurst Recreation Center, or Glenlake Tennis Center - with a government-issued ID and proof of residency, such as a lease agreement, closing statement, or utility bill. Resident cards will no longer be accepted. 

If you are already receiving a resident rate for other activities that you or your family participate in, it means you're verified as a resident in CommunityPass, and you're all set! You can download a digital resident card to your smartphone or pick up a key FOB at any of our four centers.

All community members must be verified by June 25th to take advantage of the resident rate for the 2024 pool season.

*Pools will close at 6 p.m. on all holidays: Memorial Day, July 4th and Labor Day.
