Athletic Fields

Fields are available at Ebster, Glenlake, McKoy, Mead Road, Legacy Park and Oakhurst Parks. See the table below for field amenities. Reservations are limited because the fields are frequently in use by DPRD and City Schools of Decatur. No field may be used for an organized practice or game without Decatur Parks & Recreation approval. 

How to Reserve a Field 

Fill out the Field Rental Agreement Form. Completion of the form DOES NOT guarantee a rental. Forms are submitted to Stacy Green for approval.

Fees for Field Use (With Lights): 

Residents: $150 first two hours, $15 each additional hour 
Nonresidents: $200 first two hours, $30 each additional hour 

Fees for Field Use (Without Lights):

Residents: $100 first two hours, $10 each additional hour 
Nonresidents: $150 first two hours, $20 each additional hour 

All rentals require a two-hour minimum. Reservations are accepted on a first-come basis. If your requested date is available a field rental agreement must be completed and the rental fee paid in full to confirm the reservation. Decatur Parks & Recreation reserves the right to cancel the field rental due to inclement weather or any reasonable unforeseen or unavoidable circumstances.
