Pickleball
Pickleball is a fun racquet sport that combines elements of badminton, tennis and table tennis. Two or four players use a solid paddle to hit a plastic ball over a net on a badminton-size court. Grab a pair of tennis shoes and start playing the fastest growing sport in America!
Monday-Friday, 10 a.m.-2 p.m.
Sundays, 1-4 p.m. November-December

Pickleball Sunday Mixer
Recreation and competitive play for beginner and intermediate players. Participants can expect games and partner switching, intended for social engagement and interactions. 
Sunday, 10 a.m.-4 p.m.

Yoga
Join us for an invigorating yoga class. This class is perfect for anyone from beginners to experienced practitioners. Each session will begin with warm-up stretches that lead into a dynamic flow with a relaxing cool down. This class will emphasize alignment along with breath work and meditation techniques to calm your mind and nourish your body. Mondays from 6-7 p.m.
