Within that time, you must come in person to the Decatur Recreation Center to complete the contract and make the payment in full to complete your reservation. You will not be contacted once your hold has expired. Reservations will not be accepted less than 7 days before a rental. We will not allow rentals in the name of a property owner who is not present to sign the contract.

FAQ:

1) Is field space included in my rental?
No. Fields must be rented from Stacy Green (Stacy.Green@decaturga.com). There is a separate fee for field rentals.

2) What should I do if it is scheduled to rain?
Event dates are firm and cannot be canceled or moved due to the forecast. If there is inclement weather (see definition in the rules above) at the time of the event, the date can be rescheduled during the same calendar year.

3) What is the procedure for Moonwalks? Are inflatable water slides allowed?
A fee must be paid in order to use a Moonwalk on city property. This is separate from the electricity fee. You must provide you own generator and compressor for the moonwalk. Pavilion power will not support any moonwalk compressors. A certificate of liability from the Moonwalk provider must be submitted to Glenlake Tennis Center before the event with the City of Decatur listed as an insured party. Inflatable water toys are not allowed in the parks due to potential damage to the grass.

4) Is my set-up/clean-up time provided for me outside my set reservation time?
Set-up and clean-up time should be included with your paid reservation time. There is no free window allotted for setup or clean-up.
