Summer Track & Field
This program focuses on developing sprinting and jumping skills. Perfect for newcomers to the sport and seasoned athletes preparing for upcoming seasons. Through targeted training and conditioning, participants build speed, strength, and technique while laying the foundation for future success in track and field.
Session: May 11-July 22, 2026
Days: Monday & Wednesday
Time: 5-6:15 p.m.
Age: 4-17
Fee: $350 R/$400 NR
Practices will be held at 5:00pm at Legacy Track - 500 S Columbia Drive.
The competition track at Legacy Park is open to the public. Community members are welcome to enjoy the track, but availability varies. Please check the calendar for designated public access days and times before visiting.

Legacy Park rentals are now available. Rental procedures and the rental request form can be found on this page. Completed rental request forms should be submitted to the deandra.brown [at] decaturga.com (Athletics Manager).
Operational Hours (Subject to Approved Events)
Monday – Friday: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM & 6:30 PM – 30 min after sunset
Saturday & Sunday: 7:00 AM – 30 min after sunset
No private business may be operated on the premises without prior approval.
