Private and Group Tennis Lesson Request:
Our private and group tennis lessons offer players of all ages and skill levels the opportunity to develop their game with focused, personalized instruction. Whether you’re picking up a racquet for the first time, returning after time away, or looking to sharpen advanced techniques, our coaching team provides a supportive and engaging learning environment. All lessons on City of Decatur courts must be taught by City of Decatur employees. You may not bring your own coach to the courts.
Private Lessons
Perfect for players seeking individualized attention, private lessons allow coaches to tailor each session to your goals—stroke development, footwork, strategy, match play, or overall confidence on court. Players progress at their own pace with customized drills and targeted feedback.
Semi-Private & Small Group Lessons
For players who enjoy learning with friends or teammates, small group lessons blend personal instruction with fun, interactive drills. Groups are kept intentionally small to ensure meaningful coach engagement while adding the energy and social connection of shared learning.
What You’ll Gain
- Improved technique and consistency
- Better understanding of singles and doubles strategy
- Enhanced footwork, movement, and court awareness
- A motivating, enjoyable training experience tailored to your level
