Decatur Cheerleading
If you have spirit and would like to show it come cheer for Decatur Parks & Recreation. DPRD offers cheerleading for children ages 6-12. Cheerleading squads have one practice and cheer one game every week. Each participant will receive a uniform, award and cheerleading clinic. Practices will be held at Decatur Recreation Center or Ebster Recreation Center. Squads will cheer for Basketball Teams in the Winter.
Registration for 2026 will open in the Fall.
Coed Cheerleading
If you love moving, jumping, and cheering, our cheerleading program is perfect for you! Support our basketball teams during an eight-game season and tournament games. You'll practice twice a week and cheer at one game each week. Get ready to showcase your spirit and enthusiasm all season long!
Practice: Tuesdays and Thursdays
Games: Saturdays
Grade: 1st-3rd
Grade: 4th-6th
Fee: $185 R/$220 NR
