This Request for Proposals Opportunity Description is one of two documents making up this solicitation. The second document is the City of Decatur Standard General Conditions, which contains all the standard forms potentially required to accompany a submission. Together, these documents constitute the entire RFP at the time of issuance. Submittal of a proposal indicates acceptance of the conditions contained in the RFP.
The City of Decatur reserves the right to retain all proposals submitted. All proposals are public records to the extent the Georgia Open Records Act requires.
The City of Decatur reserves the right to accept or reject any proposals, waive informalities, negotiate changes in the scope of work or services to be provided, and otherwise waive any technicalities.
The City of Decatur anticipates making multiple awards. Such an award, if any, is expected to be made within sixty (60) days from the proposal opening.
