  • If you are submitting as a homeowner, please include a copy of our Homeowner as Contractor Affidavit

Right of Way Permits

If your project includes any disturbance to the City's right of way, or you wish to place something in the City's right of way, you will need to submit a Right of Way Permit

    • Site sketch or construction plan noting what is being done in the right of way
    • Traffic Control Plan (if required)
    • A performance bond in the amount of…
      • $500 for smaller projects, such as a dumpster, storage POD, driveway apron, or lane closure
      • Contact our office for bond amount of other projects such as a street cut or crane placement
    • Either…
      • Contractor’s liability insurance certificate referencing job address & City certificate holder, or
      • Property owner’s letter assuming liability/responsibility
    • A $40 permit fee
