- If you are submitting as a contractor, please be sure to include your business and state licenses
- If you are submitting as a homeowner, please include a copy of our Homeowner as Contractor Affidavit
For a project that includes site disturbance
- Submit a completed copy of the Building Permit Application along with two sets of construction drawings
- Submit three copies of a site plan along with…
- For lots under 4058 ft2, submit an Exempt Site Development Application
- For lots over 4058 ft2, submit a Non-exempt Site Development Application
- If no trees are impacted, submit a No Tree Impact Statement along with three (3) photographs of the proposed project area
- If trees are impacted, include three (3) copies of your tree protection plan along with your site plan
For a project that does not include site disturbance
- Submit a completed copy of the Building Permit Application along with two (2) sets of construction drawings
Commercial Building Permits
For a project that includes site disturbance
- Submit a completed copy of the Building Permit Application along with two sets of construction drawings
- Submit three copies of a site plan along with a completed copy of the Non-exempt Site Development Application
- If no trees are impacted, submit a No Tree Impact Statement along with three (3) photographs of the proposed project area
- If trees are impacted, include three (3) copies of your tree protection plan along with your site plan

If your project includes any disturbance to the City's right of way, or you wish to place something in the City's right of way, you will need to submit a Right of Way Permit
