The City of Decatur Public Facilities Authority (PFA) was created by the Georgia General Assembly in 2017. The PFA meets annually, typically in January, and thereafter as needed.
Members of the PFA include: Chair Christa Sobon, Vice Chair Cinque Axam, Jan Blackman Adams, Robert Kennedy and Laurie Schwartz. City Manager Andrea Arnold serves as the Secretary/Treasurer.
