East Lake Drive Maintenance and Safety Improvements

AN image of East Lake Drive in Decatur

East Lake Drive has been identified as a priority corridor for maintenance and safety improvements as part of the City of Decatur’s ongoing transportation improvement efforts. Planned upgrades will include repaving and sidewalk repairs, as well as targeted safety enhancements to improve conditions for people walking, biking, and driving along this important east-west connection.

The project area includes East Lake Drive between Park Place and Second Avenue, a key corridor serving nearby neighborhoods, schools, parks, and local destinations.
