Cuddlefish

Named after the presentation of the first piece of sushi Chef Liang often presents in his omakase – cuttlefish “cuddling”, Cuddlefish is a more casual take on traditional omakase. The restaurant serves four tiers of omakase ranging between four and nine courses via table service and at the the bar. Each starts off small plate of black garlic edamame before nigiri and temaki (hand rolls). Order a la carte sushi items as well as cocktails, beer, sake and Japanese whisky.
