The application deadline for this meeting is February 22, 2024.

This meeting will be held in person and applicants are required to be present. Members of the public wishing to participate during the “Public Comment” portion may attend in one of two ways:

1. In person at Decatur City Hall, 509 N McDonough Street. Access to the building outside of standard work hours is through the double glass doors at the rear next to the employee parking area.

2. Via Zoom by registering in advance at https://zoom.us/meeting/register/tJUlcu6tpjwtHdN2GU8gFHrSqznOEZEtsMgc. A confirmation email will be sent with information on how to join. (You may also participate by phone by calling 929-205-6099 and entering the 11-digit meeting ID in the Zoom registration link.)

NOTE - This meeting will utilize virtual technology and we cannot guarantee it will operate as planned. If participation must be a matter of public record, attend in person or email your comments to nahom.taye@decaturga.com by 5:00 p.m. on the Friday prior to the meeting date.
