Walking Tours of Decatur
Decatur has produced a series of six walking tours, each one with a different theme, duration and level of intensity. Digital versions of the walking tours, including routes and points of interest, are available on this website. Printed brochures are available from the Decatur Recreation Center, the Downtown Development Authority office, and local shops such as One Step at a Time in Oakhurst.

Decatur's Recreation & Community Services Department, better known as "the Rec," provides a full program of athletics, classes, tennis, aquatics, summer camps and other community services. Patrons of all ages are served-from Li'l Kickers Soccer for the Pre-K crowd to activities and travel for the young-at-heart Keen Agers. The Rec also offers rental reservations of its indoor facilities, athletic fields, and city parks and pools for your special events.
