Glenlake Park Tennis Court Improvements
The City of Decatur will receive sealed bids for the Glenlake Park Tennis Court Improvements, 1121 Church Street, Decatur GA 30030, until 10 a.m. on Thursday, Feb. 18, 2010, in the City Commission Room at Decatur City Hall, 509 North McDonough Street, Decatur, Georgia, 30030. A mandatory pre-bid conference is scheduled for 10 a.m. on Wednesday, Feb. 3, 2010 at the City Commission Room, above address. A site visit will occur after the meeting for those interested. Parties responding to this Request for Bids must attend this briefing session in order for their submittal to be considered. Any questions and/or misunderstandings that may arise from this proposal should be submitted, in writing, to Hugh Saxon, Deputy City Manager, at 678-553-6507 or 678-553-6597 (fax) no later than 12 Noon on Thursday, February 11, 2010.

City of Decatur Website Redevelopment
The City of Decatur invites you to submit a proposal to re-develop the City website to include both a new, restructured website and a new content management system. Potential respondents should have expertise in developing large websites with high functionality and are asked to prepare a proposal including the format for accomplishing the work, the time frame for accomplishing the work, the fee required to perform the work, and references listing previous comparable assignments. The City reserves the right to award a consultant contract to the firm whose proposal and any resulting negotiations are deemed to be in the best interest of the City.
A required pre-bid meeting is scheduled for Thursday, Dec. 17, 2009 at 10 a.m. at the City Commission meetin room in Decatur City Hall. Proposals will be accepted until 3:00 p.m. on Thursday, Jan. 21, 2010 at Decatur City Hall located at 509 N. McDonough Street in Decatur, Georgia 30030 addressed to the attention of Catherine Lee, Development Services Coordinator, Community & Economic Development Department.
