Arson Investigations

The Fire Department's arson investigation team is composed of employees who are responsible for the investigation of all fires, whether suspicious or not.

The arson investigators are certified by the state Georgia Peace Officers Standards and Training. They undergo extensive training at the Georgia Public Safety Training Center and regularly attend local and state conferences and training classes.
