To announce this upcoming project, the planned start date being July 21, 2008, AGL sent in mid June to each effected property owner a Project Notification letter. As further notification of construction commencement AGL will distribute a door hanger to all properties on each listed street approximately 1 week prior to the start of work on that street:
>Notification door hanger (PDF)

After pipeline installation is completed on each street SEC will personally attempt to schedule the required service conversion for each property from the old system to the new one. Should a property owner not be available, a second door hanger will be left that advises the property owner of the conversion work completed and the need to call SEC or AGL to schedule service restoration for the relighting of all appliances that utilize natural gas in the residence.

All non-residential user service conversions will be pre-scheduled with the user by SEC.

Any questions concerning this program should be directed to AGL at the Pipeline Replacement Program Hotline by calling 404-584-3039 or by email at pipelinereplacements@aglresources.com.
