Publication Vending Bin Permits

The following guidelines contain the information needed to comply with Section 86-23 Regulation of Publication Vending Devices of the City Code. This ordinance governs newsracks, vending bins and other publication devices located in public rights of ways, sidewalks and other public spaces. All locations inside of buildings or on private property do NOT require a permit from the city. However, all devices located outside of a building must be enclosed devices.
