How to Nominate a Property for Greenspace Acquisition

An important task for the Greenspace Commission is to acquire land to be permanently protected as greenspace. This can be done through purchase of the property or a conservation easement. If you know of a property in the City of Decatur that you would like to see permanantly protected from development please fill out the Property Nomination Form and send it to:
